Market Talk / February 11th - 17th

The Philly Fed numbers were weak - it won't be long an interest rate cut will be on the agenda again. There is still plenty of room in the pasture for the bulls to run. Unless we see the A/D lines move below their 5% trend, the intermediate term trend of the market continues to be up. It'd hard to move price lower with high readings in the MCSUM. Ferdinand prefers capital appreciation and not necessarily capital preservation. Be in to win.

Do you know how easy it is to invest in a bull market, especially if the bull becomes raging. No wonder the Dems want to tax the action. I had a midas touch once and I'm scared to get it again. The question becomes how much work will be required to handle the golden touch. I guess that will depend on the degree of golden success. I do know that before long I'm going to need a pick and some rope. This price pattern is accelerating its angle of ascent. During the epicenter breadth of market should explode and maintain high plurality the closer we get to the actual center point of three. Let that be at least two years away so I can properly prepare.

I am still going all in and it seems like the group around the poker table is thinning out ... come on back folks, you gotta be at the table splashing checks to win the big pots

Ahh, but you know the loose players eventually give up their chips to the tight players. :)

It was kind that the lilly padders left the thunder for tomorrow. You have to stay creative to stay long and allow yourself to be swept up in an impulse buying stampede. No tops beneath tops yet on the NYAD nor on the NYUD volume line.

The NAZ wants to break that 2500 mark so bad....and when psychological
barriers break... the sky is the limit....

Everything closing up today. Looks like Trader Fred has been on the wrong side many consecutive days, at least 5 or 6 if memory serves me.
