They will make you quit smoking for sure! My son told my father-in-law who had smoked over 50 years- Papaw you stink! He quit the next day and never picked up another one! Good luck with quitting!

its getting to be a little easier , hell on candy :nuts:, just can tell I cant breath . bought a new truck and didnot want to smoke in it and I dont smoke in the house . I hope the hard part is over by now GoodLuck , candy is alot cheaper
