JTH, did you take into account the bearish P&F pattern you posted yesterday. Reason I ask is because the price objective is SPX 1791.58, and I would be having lots of trepidation with the bearish depiction of this chart. Obviously, you must have a good reason to think that this chart is not immediately threatening to capital preservation; but for the sake of getting a better understanding, I will appreciate some guidance from you. Tia.

Honestly, I don't trade much based on the PnF, mostly just use it for observation purposes. I was on the road last month and am just getting settled back in, so it will take me some time to get re-adjusted to the market's behavior, in the meantime, I haven't made any exits because I didn't want to lose performance against them while I was away.

Thank you, yes everything is good, I'm just not in a state of mind where I can jump back into doing the updates. I'm a few months behind on this year's stats, and it takes some mental energy for me to get re-engaged. It's been a busy few months for me on all fronts, but I do hope to get back into things before we hit the 4th and final quarter of the year.

It is based on the fund I was the previous month. This system ended last month in the S-Fund, so it followed Combo 2 for July.

This sytem was designed not to exceed the IFT limit, so these aren't the 4 best combos, they are the best statiscal combo for starting out the month is a specific fund, and not exceeding the IFT limit.

Good evening, here's to another great week!

JTH-ESD pushed into the F-Fund 3 days early.

At 11.16% YTD & 3.85% MTD, this system has perfromed better than I've expected. I'm posting the August results to show there is a strong sidelines statistical trend for the first 8 days of next month.

As a reminder, each combo is the best statisical combo for the fund you've started out the month in.

WIth 23 days next month, of the 197,432 combos statisitcally calculated
Combo 1 starting in the C-Fund is the 1st best combo
Combo 2 starting in the G-Fund is the 2nd best combo
Combo 3 starting in the S-Fund is the 19th best combo
Combo 4 starting in the F-Fund is the 48th best combo

Hi Airlift

I'm in the G-Fund, been there a while, I'm watching the markets, which appear to be flagging to the upside, but I'm hesitant to IFT during the DNC.

JTH-ESD is on track in the F-Fund.

JTH-ALPAFS is still operating under bullish conditions with the TRAN being the only bearish index, but it does appear to be flagging.

well, it is probably one more than the 19 box rule, but likely one less than the 21 box rule. duh.

if you have 20 boxes of anything, then that is too much, so time to clean house. that is what i think.
