IF I had gone to the G on Friday, I'd have jumped back into stocks today. Might as well stay put and hope for a rebound. :cool:
 
Moving to 50F 25C 25S. My thinking is the USMs bounce tomorrow and the I fund follows the USMs Thursday. Positioning myself to move all in to the I Fund tomorrow. Could all be wishful thinking. :suspicious:

Are you reading my mind? I'm thinking exactly the same thing. I'm also 50/25/25 FCS. If tomorrow is a postive day in the USM, I will also move 100% I.

They are giving away 2 free seats a week to the WSOP 2007 Main event.

Freerolls have started for the first giveaway tourney on the 11th.

Here's the scam
Round 1...Place first in the 630 player qualifiers starting every 8 minutes from each other all day long. Average time for finish is 2 hours 30 minutes.
Round 2...top 9 players move into the final. On Saturday
Round 3..Top 2 players will win the seats. All weekly final will be on Sunday

You will also be competing with players from the real money site who have qualified for the seats but it is possible to win your seat completely free.

I have played in about 20 so far and finished 12th as my highest. Got flushed on the river to my 2pair.

Godd luck! (if you try) They are running until June 20th.

Well... the "I" did bounce and I got some money back. I went 100% C this morning without any reason I can quote.

I'm surprisingly busy at work and I haven't been able to read the message board much at all during the day. I need to do some reading and get caught up tonight.

Made 2 final tables in a row on FTP to get to round 2 and went the way of the jackass in a way only Eeyore could appreciate went out 8th and 5th.
 
5th and 8th is are good efforts! Keep at it.

I've been too busy at home to play online. I did take a severe beating at the Argosy last Saturday. Some days you're walking around UNLUCKY and don't know it until it's too late! :notrust:
 
WSOP Freeroll update....
Chipped up to about 38,000 in the first 20 minutes then took a break for about 20 minutes to let the maniacs run their course. Then got pocket Jacks and raised to 540, got reraised to 1080 by a 8000 chip stack, I pushed, he called with 10's. Flop comes J, 10, 4. Sweet for me. Turn Ace. Then he hits the river with the only card he can win with. Case 10. A little discouraging to say the least. Went on to get my last 55,000 all in with A-K against A-Q. Q hits the board and I'm out in 10th place. GRRRRRR. Hope you don't mind the vent /rant/story. I like talking poker.
 
Bad beat. That's one reason I lost some interest. I got tired of getting knocked out of tournaments by those bad calls and bad beats. Not that that other person should have laid down the 10's but when bad calls do beat you... poor golf players don't beat Tiger Woods. Too much luck but I guess that's the only way bad players would play and donate in the long run. But in a field of 100 to 1000 players, one of them is going to get you. That's one reason I like cash games better but you're not always safe there either.

Good luck the rest of the way. Can good players get lucky too? :)
