James48843 Account Talk

Thanks James. Helps me put all theses thread conversations in perspective. Sorry for your loss.

"The gave it up, and bought a farm. and raised chickens and goats"

I undoubtedly would have like this Troop.

So sorry to hear of your loss of a good friend James. I could feel your loss and the respect you have for Sgt. Ben in your words. As WorkFE said, it puts everything in perspective. God bless you and Sgt. Ben.

This market is making me extremely nervous here. It's been going up, up, up Waaayyyy too long in one stretch without a breather.

I am seriously thinking about bailing out right now and capturing the gains, and then waiting for a downturn to buy back in.

This is crazy.

It's only money, right. Fears are reason to embrace stocks, not run from them. Plenty of sideline money ready to purchase their future.

Yesterday I was at the site of the ORIGINAL Hard Rock Cafe

Stonehenge.

It's hot, crowded, and we're all here- just to look at a bunch of rocks.

What a great money making scam (8 pounds entrance fee).

I ought to build one in Michigan - say we dug it up, and call it Stonehenge II.

Sorry Tom, I forgot to bring my TSPTALK cup along. I'll have to do that next time.

James,

We are diametrically opposed politically, but your investment information you post has always been great. Keep up the great work with the LMBF method and posting the P&F charts!!

Thanks!

So, after I posted that shot above, I called my wife.

I had my TSPTALK mug hand-delivered to me in England, and went BACK to Stonehenge to get the shot.

Here it is:

From now on, I'll have to remember to pack my TSPTALK mug to every country I go to.

Well, looks like the Hindenberg Omen came and went, and no major damage done.

Now my worry is the end of the month Congressional Fiscal Year calamity that is pending- right around the corner.

But I am willing to bet that they won't screw up the entire economy with a government shutdown/bankrupcy.

So I am risking all by jumnping today OUT of G fund, and back into stocks. 75% "S", 15% "C", and 10% "I" at the COB today.

Good luck out there. Be careful.
