Intrepid_Timer's PUBLIC Account Talk

I have so many stocks with built up profits that I can sell at anytime to raise cash for further buying - currently I'm trying not to take any profits for 2011. My margin account will provide ample flower buying power so there is no need to sell anything. This bull is going to make me rich - it's out of my control. Whenever the money is available I will spend it - that's my creed.

Respectively...Be careful...Pigs eventually get slaughtered! ....unless..... you can find that crack in the gate and run for the hills! :p

Nah, nah, nah, the more instability and volatility, the better. I'm a long term investor and there is plenty of investment opportunity. Nothing can keep this market down.

I agree BT.... FWIW, Mr Cramer said tonight on his show....
"The possibility of a NATO-sponsored no-fly zone over Libya has created panic amongst the bears" He said "that puts the bulls one step closer to $90 a barrel oil and a 1,000 point rally in the Dow Jones Industrial Average." In the meantime however, he expects the market to once again pull back later this week.

From my premium services thread on 3/6:

"THe S&P 500 was able to get back up to 1331 on Thursday, but unless we can continue up this coming week, this represents a new lower high from the previous high of 1343. Lower highs usually mean lower lows and a reversal of sentiment if the pattern of lower highs and lower lows continues. I think holding 1295 this week if it goes lower is important. After that, I'd look at 1280 and 1265. My best guess is we go down to 1280 and then reverse up............we could get there quite quickly too............"

The S&P 500 just hit 1295..............

Gee, aren't we just full of cheerful news today???? FWIW mine bit the dust this winter too. Looks like the darned fools weren't smart enough to break cluster and go eat. At least it didn't go to waste though as I am eating it for them but it's darned expensive honey gotten that way:confused: At least they didn't get hit by a tsunami.

Hmmmm, so the bees are dying because they are stupid? :p

PBS's NATURE show just had a feature about the honey bees. they say they are dying off too, but, they say they are starving plus parisites and bacterial diseases are also to blame. will we see this effect the market in the future. some where in japan they have to pollunate by human hands because they lost all their bees due to death. here is a question maybe someone wants to post in the other MB's.

could the bees be starving because we have genitically engineered our fruits and veggies to produce bigger yields but with less nutrishional value?

Link didn't work. I was looking at the one day chart of the S&P 500 on Yahoo and it shows a tremendous spike at about 10:14am ET and then it drops back down.
