Intrepid_Timer's PUBLIC Account Talk

Intrepid,

Thanks for the guidance you've provided this month.

I have my own system that's worked well for me the past 6 months but I used your moves as guidance. I never would have moved into the -I- fund for reasons similar to ones you may have experienced...but went in (albeit a day later than your signal).

I also stayed in a day later...leaving COB today. Reason for it is that sometimes when the -I- fund tracker (EAFE) is having a big day (either up or down) a portion of that days move often gets tacked onto the next day...not sure if you've noticed that. I'm assuming that it depends if the big mover in that International fund for that day is in Asia, Europe or South America.

I was thinking of the F fund, but did not see a classic top forming on the domestic indices yet, so with that not happening yet I decided to go into 100% into the S and C funds (50% each). Want to lock in profits soon but don't want to miss any action next week.

I hope that works for ya. Just be careful out there! I have noticed that with the I fund, but it doesn't always work out that way either. I'll just stick to what my system tells me like a good boy. :D

So i take it the I fund is doing well Today... I missed the cut yesterday as well and will be in F by days end. Been so busy today just logged in this thread.

Im sure that I T will do this in a fair and equitable manner, making the difficult decsion who will be allowed to partake in forking over their cash
to get the precious signals that have the Power of Riches!

He is an admirable man, beyond reproach his counsel is just, his judgments are wise. etc, etc

:D (you better get your bribes ready) :D

You guys are cracking me up, STOP!!!

Well, it looks like the Intrepid_Trader is gonna have to disappear, just like the mlk_man did. Due to a trademark infringement, I have to change my name again..............

I think I will now become "Intrepid_Timer", although Tom hasn't confirmed this yet. I guess the guy has a life or something..............LOL!

I am open for suggestions............;)

Be nice!!! :p

I've spent to much time working around accelerators and physicists...

How about "Quark"?

Then depending on the markets "flavor" of the day, you can trade any type of market, whether it be up, down, charmed, strange, top, or bottom!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quark

There's even a potential avatar on that page. Hmm, maybe I'll use that one in my next life. Two up quarks and one down quark, fitting since the market does go up most the time.

Unless you'd prefer Quark cheese... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quark_(cheese)

Or an outer space garbage collector, good grief, I don't remember this show... http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0077066/

Intrepid_Timer sounds fine. I Kind of like it better than Intrepid Milkman or whatever.... You have have many devotees whatever you may call yourself !

Yes I am, should I not be? I know it doesn't always correlate with our F fund, but I don't know of anything better?

There is No Better then AGG (that I'm aware of). Even Tom was looking for a ETF
or something that would come closer to the (F) Fund. The sad truth is; in 2010 the
(F) Fund ended up +6.7103% for the year. The AGG ended up +2.4809% and that
comes to a massive +4.229% difference between the two. (YUK) Until someone
comes up with something new or better, AGG it is ! ;)
