Intrepid_Timer's PUBLIC Account Talk

Great stuff, I myself have found that not all indicators work all the time, the trick is to know when they stop working and how to adjust them to fit the markets current mood.

I must admit you've been doing awesome, but I do wonder if you are going to get a bit more conservative for fear of losing what you've gained, or a few spots on the tracker?

I guess what I trying to say is the top tracker spot affecting your trading, or are you trading with less fear?

Ummm, do u know what "intrepid" means...............:p. My tracker spot does not affected my trades. Only the TSP bureaucrats do that. I remain loyal to my trading system. No emotions....................

I think I will think of you as a Bradley.................:D

Will Lang Jr. of Life magazine said "The thing I most admire about Omar Bradley is his gentleness. He was never known to issue an order to anybody of any rank without saying 'Please' first." Bradley has a reputation today as a senior general who was very patient with the officers under his command, compared to his most famous colleague, George S. Patton, but the truth is far more complicated. Bradley sacked numerous generals during World War II when they displayed critical errors and bad judgments, whereas Patton actually fired only one general during the entire war, Orlando Ward.

Hmmm...Gentle, patient and polite, with a penchant for firing people with poor judgement (albeit probably not poor investing judgement). Okay, you may think of me as a Bradley. :)

As for the initial L, not me.

I wasn't feeling so kind this morning when I wanted to make an IFT, but due to having used 2 of them this month, I am sidelined!

Sold Fas at $19.88 for a loss of -12.99%. Bought Faz at $15.92.

Beginning balance on 01-04-10: $10000. Current balance: $12919.

Just sold Faz at $14.23 for a loss of -10.61%. Bought Fas at $21.95.

Beginning balance on 01-04-10: $10000. Current balance: $11548.

I"m back on track with my trading system and I'm still up for the year....:)

Re: Guess the Close (Dow)

Intrepid. I didn't kow you could make 3 IFT's in 1 month!?!? How do you do that? :embarrest:

I'll typically do 3 trades every month. From G to S(1), from S to F (2) and then from F to G (3). Perfectly legal.....................:D
