Inserting attachments?

Anyone been having issues inserting attachments? Ever since the last upgraded (perhaps even longer) I've had to click a crap load of times before the picture will finally insert. I have no problems uploading the attachment, just inserting.

No problem inserting this one and it's pretty big. Win7 IE9.

Thanks, from this end it appears to be a problem with the old-style uploader, the newer one inserts images fine.

P.S. I'm afraid to ask what all the clamps & the chair are for...

I modified my old workbench to a torture rack. The clamps really put a squeeze on whoever is sitting in the chair.

When I first saw the reply I was sure nnuut was going to say you weren't clampling the atachments long enough for the glue to set.
