I am retired and no longer jump in and out with 100%.

I usually jump in and out with about 20%.

Wednesday might be a good day to jump in. Yesterday looks like it was a better day.

I will be ready to jump in Wednesday.

The strong dollar is tempting.

Coulda, woulda, shoulda. If you had the ability to move your funds, then yes, you should have moved out. 15% loss for the month is painful. Hopefully the pain will subside and you will see a turn around. Me, I've been in "G/F" most of August and all September.
