I read in the WSJ about how lenders are squeezing Hedge Fund that are highly leveraged with "margin call" so that they can get capital back into the system so that they can lend money to make money. Remember in order for them to make money the have to have it to lend.

The bloodshed continues.

Nikkei 300 now showing down -1.01%.

If you ask me, I think we're about due for a breather, at least a little bounce back from this incredible downslide-
It might be a chance here to do a quick in-and-out for the rebound. Extremely risky, but it's really about due.

If the Fed makes that .75 cut we are done for the year. That last 1.25% cut in January did wonders the dollar has no value, oil has spiked, the market is in pieces I say they should shock the market and the world and raise interest rates .50 and we will see who is left standing.

The markets would take a hit but since as everyone states the .75 is already priced in well then price it out. All we would see is rates drop for a week then right back to over 6.5 % on a 30 year the Credit Card companies are maxing the rates so screw them all. The market is currupt and the best way to weed out those in control is to out play them and out smart them. The Fed is predictable and the only people this would help is the banks and those who caused this problem in the first place. JMO

I moved more money on Friday. I am hoping for a bounce.

i read the proposed rules and found some contradictory language in the piece. and a piece is what it is !!! if u look in the section the problem :confused:the small cohort (2000+ individuals) creates more losses for the remaining numbers (3.9million individuals )to absorb. give me a break!!!!

paperwork reduction act certifies that regulations due not require additional reporting. well how about the additional cost in sending a letter to the 3.9 million participants ???

i'm not an accountant, but i wish some others would look at this document and see what they can make of it.

i will fax my comments to the board

thank you all for being proactive for all of us

Sent my comments. The fax machine was turned on for me. Seemed to go with no problem. Hope they have plenty of fax paper on hand and that many comments are sent.

I faxed mine in. When they become effective, I will drop to 5% contribution and take the other 10% to a broker outside the government plans.

Eafe estimate down $0.25
plus FV for Monday's (previous) of $0.15 = -$0.10
*minus possible FV (guess) $0.15= -$0.25
market is up and back to no FV= $0.10 :worried:

The worst part is with the foreign markets are tanking before the US Markets open the I fund is off to a bad start. Not the place to be as long as this streak/pattern continues

late posting....get ready for a surprise + tonight...;)

Usually the TSP post the share numbers by now so you know they are up to something. Those L Funds are going to CRASH more than any and if the 2040 isn't $16.02 or 2030 isn't $15.50 or under you know like we do anyway the system is currupt.

Japan's Nikkei 30 is now down (-1.21%)

although that is off the earlier lows tonight.

We'll see how far it can go.
