As a norm it used to be that the FV had to be above .15 to be applied. I am not sure if the rule has changed. If ever was one.

Never mind the +FV comment. I didn't know the I fund made 1.10% today.

I would still like to know where the extra 3 cents came from.

Rumor has it that the Europeans are going to initiate a policy of defending the dollar. They have done this maneuver in the past. The strong euro is really starting to pinch them.
