Also starting today, I can't get the MSCI data. When I go to the same page that I always have, the terms page repeatedly shows up when I click on the agree button. Are others having this problem?

MSCI is working for me again.

Yes, that is pretty good. It does have the 0.79% correction since the market went up that much between 11AM ET and close. Is that what you mean?

No. It means if someone was buying or selling today the price is 0.79% than it would have been.
