I Finally Got In--Some Advice

I finally got in. My advice:

--Do not use any special characters creating your new username

--Use a computer that has been upgraded to Windows 11

Tried to create a new username without the @ sign but still not able to create a new login. Hangs up in the same place.

Just for future reference for others welvin, are you on a PC, cell app, windows 10, browser, etc.? Whatever can can help narrow down the issue. Thanks

I am on a PC and I was finally successful in getting in today. I was already on Windows 11. I found there was an update to 11 that I had not applied yet. I did the update and rebooted. Then, I tried to create the new login again and was successful this time. So, maybe that was the problem? I also cleared out the cache and history before I made the last attempt. Thanks to all for the help and suggestions. Now, I can at least check my account balance, etc.
