Yes, one of the many lessons I learned in 2005 (from this board) was not to just sit on the lilly pad woefully watching the ship sail farther away......

By keeping a close eye on our balance, we can weigh the risk/reward on our own personal scale.

So I like what somebody here said (was it Rod?) - buy high sell higher

Therefore, I applaud those who jumped in high today......so what if they lose tomorrow, it won't be the end of the world....

Cause like you said, the trend is definitely up!

That said, I am fully prepared to eat my words and yours too. LOL

Now where did that come from? I did not run her off, but I did get her fired as Moderator, or was it Dictator, of another MB. She IP blocked me for asking her a question in a PM about another member and I contacted the site Administrator.

I didn't think you were even here when Sarah got ran out of town.

There are other message boards??? Not as good as this one I bet.

Excuse my curiosity, but I'm wondering if this "Sarah" might be the same as "Saraho" found here: http://community.federalsoup.com/4/OpenTopic?a=tpc&s=4944011921&f=2514011031&m=4921080141 . I also happened upon another "Sarah" recently at: http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/TSP_Strategy/members?query=sarah&submit=Search&group=sub . Both of these Sarahs appear to have a good grip on the TSP world. Just thought I'd ask...trying to learn the ropes, anywhere I can.

Hey everybody, I've been watching you all from a "public" computer all week so couldn't talk.

I'm still in 50 s, 50 i. Maybe (Probably) shoulda jumped out of the water today, but didn't.

Quite a nice gain, should have protected.

I calculate TSPKey at +5.30% for 2007. They've made only five IFTs this year.
