YoYo-ing some. Well, I was about fully into CSIF before IFT a few days ago, pulled about 25% back to G... & lost 0.5% since then. So, today I did 1st IFT for OCT, pulled 16% more CSI to G & 5% to F... just more cautious i guess. TSP says my CY-to-date perforance is now +5.75%. Good Luck to all.
