Thanks for the laugh all, I had to do a deposition today on an employee that was PIP' ped. This eased the frustration of talking to lawyers all day.

I don't think the climate is suitable for growing pineapples in Germany. Too cold. By the way, I guess everybody knows that they grow on bushes? I thought they grew in trees until I went to Hawaii for vacation. Went to the "Dole" farm and everything.

Enlisted Reserves? I'm active enlisted Navy in my 1st contract, 2nd tour. Thinking about going reserves. Do you like it? Any input?

I did 8 years Active and now 10 years Reserve. It's what you make of it. I enjoy it because I get to be the guy who makes a difference, not just an order.

P.S. For what it is worth, I tell every active duty person to do this math....If you retire the military at 40 and live until 90, to receive a retirement check of about $2400/month (not adjusted for inflation) you would need $500,000 in the bank the day of retirement. Stay in, it's worth the investment.
