Frixxxx's Account Talk!

I hope Santa is out there this year, but also worried that it could be the Grinch.....

But ya gotta have, HIGH HOPES!!!!!!

I am not sure this is going much of anywhere The dollar soared this AM. Watching for a gap and crap. Employmnet numbers cooked

GS predicted sp500 1200 before 2010 and I didn't believe it.. And I'm in 100% G.. dumb.. GS is the god. If they say it will be 1200, it will be 1200.

Having a crystal ball and knowing how to use it are 2 different things.

I C the pullback occurring...Believe it or not, the fund managers are having a field day today. They'll all make their monthly targets today and that means their Christmas Bonus is assured.:suspicious:

But hey, that's my perspective! I got out at 1110 last week, so 1114 doesn't impress me much.

Preliminary employment numbers are based on the data that's reported before the report is generated. No surprise there is a lot of late reporting and amending (with staff cuts at the reporters it's gotten even worse - I imagine some poor intern - don't get me started). I know everyone wants the latest, but I find it really unreliable. I only look at the quarterly data, but the 24/7 news cycle makes the monthly the one that people care about.

Signals went off and I jumped in...sorry it's late, computer crash

65 I Fund
35 C Fund

Wish me luck...I may not be in for long next week!

Well....let me think about that ....

Frixxxx,
Last night was the first night in quite awhile I was wide awake reflecting on everything I'd written and various events -- that usually keep me 'in check'.

Anyway -- I especially thought about 'Integrity' last night and how important that is and to me if you don't have that you don't have anything...

...thought about the way I've lived my life...how being a soldier was way more based on 'integrity' and my role of being 'fit for duty'... and able to demonstate unfailing commitment ...

...thought about this site...and how important the 'Integrity' of this site is before any thing to do with me or any of my personal feelings and how all of us owe it to TOM and the others to conduct ourself in an appropriate manner...

So when you asked about what Huntsville had to offer - it immediately brought me to reflect on 'relationships' and PLACES - I went with them. Did not mean to sound 'cheap' -- or all the more to make any of them sound cheap and I regret that.

So the Space Flight Center is the 'unique' place to go and otherwise they have the same places most other cities offer.

When I went to Atlanta for a week -- they had tours of various places but I didn't go to any ... did not feel right going anywhere without Ann (and knew I wouldn't have enjoyed seeing the highlights without her). But I doubt your wife would be bothered if you went to the Space Flight Center.

Anyway -- sorry about my other response -- did not come out the way I meant it to.

Hope your class goes well --- and you honestly can't imagine how many times I've thought about the post you sent showing me the pain level days your dear wife had ... was wonderful !!!

Later man

Steady,

You always shoot from the hip, and that is your greatest asset. I have no problems reading what you post and the tone it is presented. I too, get excited at times and tend to run astray with a thought or two.

You are da Man!

Your ability to stay true to yourself is evident and no explanation or retraction of your thoughts or feelings are necessary.

I'm very jealous and humbled by your experiences in Hunstville. I married young the first time and did not partake of all the beauty in my world.

I am a different man now, but that man has a ton of other beautiful things to look over and ponder.

Maybe I should start my own 'Groove and Trip Pad'

Later brother!

Our worksite is helping two single mom families, both situations the result of domestic abuse The one mom was sleeping with her two young children in a car parked various places for two months. Both families have next to nothing; having trouble getting child support. It's sad. The moms are trying to better themsilves and one found a job at a state office by volunteering for awhile. Taking in a bunch of stuff this AM to help brighten their Christmas.

Frixxxx,
I was stopping by to say 'Merry Christmas' and let ya know one of my favorite memories of 2009 was when you came home after being away for a little while and how Nina curled up by your feet...

...that is like the most beautiful memory ever !!

...the other is when you shared about the 'pain days' from that precious wife -- and how amazingly low they were.

This post here is what Christmas is all about. I'm not in anyway trying to take from Uptrend but simply want to share we are giving a goat to each of our 3 girls as their main Christmas Present. The goats are given to communities for their survival. Over the past few years we also donate a fresh water well to a village and help sponsor Gospel for Asia, have several children we sponsor, along with some other things.

The Bottom line is -- from Uptrend's story -- we have come to realize more and more how blessed we are and we enjoy Christmas way more giving to others - on each other's behalf.

Donated a goat in South America last year. Got the thank you from the family and they have mated her and had two pregnancies.....They have since mailed us a check for the donation return...... We are buying 4 goats this year with that money.

Pain days haven't broke 4 the last two months.....we have another "block" scheduled next month.....hopefully, 2010 is the "zero" pain year!

Thanks for stopping by, and you are more than welcome to stop by my house and check in on us!!!!!

Merry Christmas, my brother!
