Had to go the the tracker and view the carnage. It was awful. Depleted and Dead TSP accounts strewn all over the battlefield. Our mightiest warriors, cut down and thrown from the high places. Had a hard time finding my own decimated account under all the bodies...

Love the drama.

I'm one of those bodies decimated and strewn off to the side. Before the carnage started I was 148 in the tracker. After yesterday I find myself trying to scream "medic" at #481.

Looks like another big gap down coming our way. That could change by closing but the mighty dollar is up this morning...I fund risky but what ain't right now?
 
Sux when you have to decide on whether to trade or not when you don't know the closing price. This this getting pretty scary freefalling like this makes your wealth disappear really fast. Im getting out. Maybe.

I still think there will be another day like today comming and I'm looking at 1200 to 1180 to be the end of the rope even though some are saying 1145. So I have 35 more feet of rope for you and then grab on and I'll pull you up as I clime up the mountain while you clime out of the 70 ft hole. Ok buddy, I'm hoping for you.

Sometimes the build of slow money is the best money like when corporations increase their dividend payouts and you need to own the asset equity to get those dividends.

Wow it ddn't need another day. Ran out of rope, so do you have a ladder and can reach the rope. The slope was too great, not buying 1200 and looking how 1180 looks for entry. Hope not 1145 as some were saying. Looks bad buddy, you may have to Birch this but I couldn't. I hope the bottom is near.

Corepunchers analysis yesterday was spot on. I fund is gonna lead the way out of this pit. Wish I had made my trade yesterday and got the gains. At least a 50 % C fund is helping save me from the S fund collapse again today. Now hopefully the I fund isn't out of steam on Monday.

I hate the I fund although it did help today, at least if we get FV that is. I'm all in the doggie fund (S) for Monday.

I can share those sentiments for sure, but it does have its shinning moments. www.tractor made over 50% holding I fund in 2009, it seems to do very well pulling out of a correction. Let hope, of course we are pulling out and not going deeper.

I fund can be very good over an extended period and can certainly pull off some great returns. I just hate it short-term because the the arcane FV method that TSP uses.

Ok I found my 10 ft. Ladder and will have another 25 ft. Of rope on Tuesday. So I have enough to reach you at 1150 S&P.
Don't make me have to come down there. Tuesday I may be in or still waiting here for you. So Tuesday start climbing.

I think Monday will be down 1.7 percent. I think 75 percent of the AAA rating drop was priced in already. Just my opinion.

I see the I fund made a WHOPPING 0.10 on Friday's FV. Well, I guess I dint buy it too soon.

Looking for the POP soon.
