ezmoney's Account Talk

I just did an IFT to 100% G fund. I'm going out of town all next week and I don't want to risk riding the market down. I'll look at buying back in when I get back from Maui!

Yes, I tend to do that myself when I'm not able to keep track of what is going on. I'd rather be in a safe mode till I can respond to the market

I think that is a wise move.:)

It seems to me that the heart and all moving parts are a lot like an automobile the harder and faster they work they are bound to need repair or just blow up. You would think that all of that hard exercise would only speed up the repair or blow it up. Ha! Ha!:D

That's about all for me this year I'm going to diversify. These may change from day to day or less when and if the two trade limit has it's way. For 12/20 45%-G 25%-F 10%-C 15%-S 5%-I The dollar seems to be gaining a little steam; so I'm cutting back on my I Fund Allocations. Of course like the rest of us I'm subject to change these allocations depending on what the market may do. If it goes any lower I may do 100% G or a split 75% G 25% F. Hope everyone has Merry Christmas! and a Happy New Year. It was good enough for my grandpa it was good enough for my pa; so it's good enough for me Merry Christmas. Moneymike if you read my post take a look at what we were talking about and pm me.

For 12/24 Sticking with the same stuff 45G 25F 10C 15S 5I. For 12/21 see last post. Everyone have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. May all of your wishes come true for 2008.:)

Sent in my fax that was posted on the TSP TALK concerning my disappointment with the TSP Board to limit our trades. :)

My position has changed since my last post although I didn't post, since Jan 2, 08 have been G 70 F 30. Will slowly go back to to previous post allocations although the percentages may change a bit. Basically on the side till I can re-diversify, depending on the market. These so called 2 IFT's make me mad as it does most of us. It cramps me from doing what I really would like to do; because of the limitations. Stinks:mad:

Staying 70G 30F:) When it's time to move you guys give us the thumbs up. I'm watching the markets, but can't do much as I am on days for training.:)

Got to go to bed the pill is working on me, so is getting up in the mornings. I've been on nights too long. 70g 30f.

TNX a bunch we all need a helping hand the market is crazy but hey it runs in cycles like that. The idea is to conserve our cash how be it that it is not making as much, but when it takes off jumping on board to ride the cash cow.:o

Still hanging on to 70g 30f. I would rather take my small gains and losses. Than to give up huge losses while the market tries to correct itself. I'd like to get back in at the beginning of any rally but I don't mind getting in at the middle of the junction as well. I had rather preserve the capital that I have rather than lose a bunch hoping for that rally. I did catch a nice little gainer the other day and will wait patiently to grab a bit more. Then back to safety to wait again for as long as it takes.:o

In this market you maybe doing the right thing save the capital. I am 25G and 75F. I plan on sitting there until the market corrects itself. Having made attempts to figure the upward trend and paid the price to many times. Just like the smiley, don't like snow on my face.:D Good Luck!

Bush and the Fed's can do all they want to stimulate the economy. The corruption of the "Banking Institutions and Big Money Corporations" added to people who want to keep up with the Jones to impress their neighbors, family and friends, on salaries and loans they can't afford will still add up to one thing the market is going to have to correct itself the price of stocks are too high and the big money wants all of it's profits that it has paid out when the market was kicking butt. I still see the markets tumbling and the SNP possibly down to 1250 and it would not surprise me to see it go even lower.

Hey, when I was in the Army I spent all my time living in and out of a tent - it ain't so bad. If someone gets forclosed tent living is very economical.

SNP 1250 and possibly lower like I said in a earlier post. Once again stock prices are way to high they have got to drop in order for money to be made. Once the market has been beaten down then it will be time to start back making some decent money. Hang on to accumalation don't give it up. That is what the market wants; it wants to take back all the profits that you made. Mak'em suffer you earn it don't giv'em back. 70g 30f
