Ebola Globalization

OK, now we are getting somewhere. This link talks of a political ad blaming the Republicans for the budget cuts that kept the USA from developing a vaccine for Ebola (probably based on the comments earlier by an NIH? guy saying budget cuts have hurt).
The Agenda Project is a progressive non-profit political organization founded in 2010 by author Erica Payne. This ad, featuring clips of Mitch McConnell, Pat Roberts, and many other Republicans implies that austerity cuts to the CDC and NIH are responsible for the 2014 Ebola outbreak. This ad with (sic) run in Kentucky and other states leading up to the election.

Elsewhere (Zerohedge?) I saw a funding chart that showed the budget of NIH ramping up significantly at the end of the Clinton years and during the early Bush years and starting a slow decline about 2003/2004 and falling below the chart's desired increase line (3.6%/year) a few years ago. So, standing by for James to catch up to the narrative: Bush's Fault.

Burrocrat is in a bad mood, Buster is horny and James got his feelings hurt. This whole thread sounds more like 50 shades of manure.

sorry little brother, i love you man.

i think kk went off somewhere to mourn the loss of her seahags to the cowboys.

Nice turn around..

Maybe Kat went back to reading her
Hawaiian orgy novel by; Hoo-ah Wanna Lei Ewe...She's been real suggestive lately..
:toung:

Correct, James, Ebola is not an epidemic in the US, I never claimed it was one. It is an epidemic in West Africa, or doesn't that count?

This is a small world we live in and I think we are getting misinformation about how this virus can be transmitted. The world needs to be vigilant in first stopping the epidemic in West Africa, so the rest of the world isn't going to suffer the effects of this horrific virus.

Some pictures of what Ebola looks like, that our sugarcoating media doesn't show us.

Skip the scarey pictures- and get right to the chase. You are far more likely to die of being struck by lightning in te United States than by Ebola.

Just stay away from Texas, and you need not worry.

Besides, I never said you were crying about yourself, just that you were dreaming and you had nothing to worry about...I'm sure concern for me was the furthest from you dreams.

oh buster i am concerned about you, we've been frenemies for years now, that takes some emotional investment. but if you get within 30 feet of me i'll have to shoot you just like the rest of the zombies.
