Ebbnflow's Day-to-Day Chart / APR'07

Ucanbreached, the ebbchart shows I-fund for today (Wednesday), so I made an IFT before noon Tuesday. I only use one fund when doing IFTs. And you're welcome! :)

Cool thanks Ebb/TSPT. I went with the I fund all the way. Is that what your chart predicted to do? Just wanted to find out if I follow correctly. Is there anytime that you diversify for the day?

Wow, the EbbTracker is HOT! Thank you for offering this service for the benefit of everyone!

Thanks guys! I could have done better playing this month's week of the full moon (April 02 thru 05). I learned the hard way that I only needed to reverse the ebbtracker's output during the day of the full moon and the two days preceding it. What I did wrong was reverse the days after the full moon (April 03 thru 05) also when I didn't have to and I paid dearly for that mistake.

I have mentioned before that the only week prone to getting negative returns for the ebbtracker was during the week of the full moon. The ebbtracker has a down cycle and it happens to coincide with the full moon. The day of the full moon is like the trough (bottom part) of this cycle. Once it is passed, it's onward to the crest (top part) of the cycle. :)

I wondered about the full moon, I remembered it giving you some trouble last year. Glad to see your system back on track.

Ebb, It's kind of hard to back research your spin chart, But I've been using it lately and find it very accurate!! Over the past year how has it stood up to the volatile times??

OK, I'm showing a full moon on Wednesday, 2 May. So the "affected" days are 30 Apr, 1 May and 2 May? Should I do the opposite of what you post on the spinchart or will you already have accounted for this factor? IFTs for tomorrow COB will be the first affected, correct?

I only started the ebbchart/spinchart since January 16, 2007. That's when I incorporated the C and S-fund into the ebbtracker along with the I-fund. I used the C and S-fund as a cross-checker for the I-fund. It shows as days marked with an x-check on the ebbchart. So far, those days have been correct 9 out of 11 times. Past ebbcharts can be found below.

For January and February: http://www.tsptalk.com/mb/showthread.php?t=4010&page=5;post#60

For March: http://www.tsptalk.com/mb/showthread.php?t=4100

Last year I only followed the ebbtracker's I-fund with no cross-checking and managed to come away with +32% for the year. I hope to do better this year. :)

Qibovin, you got the dates correct and it will already be accounted for when the ebbchart/spinchart is posted. :)

When you post a three day prediction, say for Tues, Wed, and Thurs on Monday, can/do those predictions ever change later in the week?

Thanks
Scott

I think I had a revision last month and that worked out fine and another one this month and that worked out fine, also. If there's a change only the last day would most likely be affected, and not the earlier ones. :)

Are there particular days of the week when you tend to post an update?

I assume you will have Monday's prediction by noon tomorrow.

Also, am I correct to assume that you always post it in this thread.

Thanks
Scott

I have updated the ebbchart for next Monday only and I'll be doing the rest tomorrow (Friday), so I can figure out when the G-penny pays and not mess up the spinchart.

Fabijo, thanks for updating the ebbchart on your server. :)

I usually post an update with one day left on the ebbchart. And yes, you can find the updates in this thread. :)

I'm not seeing Monday's plan on the tracker. I tried refreshing with no results.

Fabijo doesn't have it in his server yet, but the ebbtracker is bailing out to the F-fund for Monday.
