Looks to me like investment in some wire mesh cage doors would be in order. Unless the reason why no cages exist currently is to reduce risk that the entire cabinetry would tip over at same time, all or none. Nah, not likely they put that much thought into the situation. bet they never thought about cage doors as quake insurance.
