clester's Account Talk

If dip buyers don't show up soon it could get ugly. Around 1500 has good support. If that breaks we could wipe out all of February gains. I repeat that a test of the 50dma would be healthy. But we are still a good ways from there.

Gotta feeling we may finally be ready for the pull back. Most folks seem to think we won't get a pullback. The market wants to frustrate the most people. Cramer (who I use for contrarian purposes) said you gotta be in. Sellers have been getting hurt so just jump on in and ride it. Buy, buy, buy. (I'm paraphrasing).

He did this near the top of Apple's run. Etc. Plus we just need it for a healthy market.

Haha! Cramer would make a good circus barker, and not much else. (Step right up folks!).

Looks like some big money HFTraders had there algorithms kick in at 1497 ish and bought up the market. It was a good place to buy. Will it hold..

Support is holding so far. Could bounce a little then fall more. Still like to see that 50 dma. Looking for a good place to take a dip.

Well, interesting market. Our pullback seems to have already happened. Just a 2 day one. The overbought conditions have been corrected (RSI's are in neutral territory) and I need to be in at least 50% according to my system, so I will probably make a move today. It's not an ideal spot but it's good enough for now.

Almost got me to buy. Guess I'll wait a little longer.

Just curious, are you on a sell approaching a buy?
I should be 50% in right now. Well, for a while now. If we go below the 50dma that's a sell unless we are oversold via RSI. If we get a bounce at the 50 dma then I'm on a 100% buy.

Im not sure that made sense. Did that answer your question?

If I were you I wouldn't be too worried. I think we are near a bounce area unless the 50 breaks for a couple days. You missed a lot of downside. You were close to calling the top. Now I'm looking for you to help me call the bottom. :)

Thanks my friend, comming from you that's a complement. I'm sort of in the same camp as you, I'm not convienced this pullback has legs just yet, I'm better at guessing oversold bottoms, this isn't one of those setups, but I'll let everyone know if I think it is. :)

I am better at oversold bottom too. We're kinda in limbo right now. I like to see a bounce before I get in and not try to catch a falling knife. We could have a bumpy ride this week with all the news but I see a good spring ahead.

Looks like a bounce this morning. We need to test 1497 or so which was support that we broke yesterday. I wouldn't be surprised if we hit trouble there. If we get back over that I will look to take a partial position.

If we have a dead cat bounce we should hit or go a little below the 50 dma and I'll look to take a postion there.

No moves today because I have intro to java class at 12 and have to leave about 11. I expect to make a move by Friday though.

Btw. On a personal note. I have to brag a little. Got a A+ on my first exam in Java. For some reason I just love programming. Maybe it's the logical aspect? I just love the feeling when my code actually runs after having trouble. I don't want a full time job, but it would be great to do some freelance work. Planning on going for a M.S. degree with ecommerce/Internet/mobile emphasis. I have a BS degree from a long time ago and these classes are to get me up to speed. It's coming back pretty easily. Like riding a bike. Things have changed a lot since 1982 but the basic stuff is still the same. Web design class is really easy. Mostly review for me except CSS and its not bad.
