clester's Account Talk

S fund RSI at 66 ish and I'm getting a little nervous but it still has room to climb. Also, C fund RSI is only about 56 ish so it has even more room to run. I fund still looking big good but still in bear market.

C fund needs to break out to new high to keep us going.

Seems like you listed them from least to most volatile as well. I'm with you in S for the time being but feel it is topping again. I fund may have more to run if the dollar starts to fall.

Sorry for not posting the last few days but I've been travelling by car from East Tennessee to San Diego . Quite a big vast open country we have! Awesome beautiful and diverse. Finally found my son an apartment. But it was such a hassle . Trying to get a stuff one when all your banking is in Tennessee and no local address etc.

Markets are still ok. S fund is above 50dma.

Still in San Diego! Fly out Wednesday. Made good progress with my son. Got him an apartment, furnished it, banking setup etc. today is his first day on the job. This area (Rancho Bernado) has a lot of high tech companies and ritzy neighborhoods.

Markets are doing fine. Just letting it ride in S fund!

Good place for you to take a vacation now, with free lodging .

Back home from San Diego . I had a successful trip. It was interesting that my son is now very interested in contributing to and managing his 401k. He will have no pension along with most his age so it is very important. I liked San Diego and felt very comfortable there given its size etc. everyone was nice, friendly and the weather was nice.

As for the markets, S fund is still looking good. C fund is good but still riding that 50 dma. I fund is volatile but the usd/eur has stabilized. In general, stocks are still a buy and the noise on tv is just noise. Until the 50 dma is broken there are no warning flags.

Is it just me or is the S&P chart beginning to look like a huge rounded top?

The markets still look good to me. I know we had a bad jobs report and futures tanked Friday but the market has clawed back to only down a little.

The charts are also in good shape as the I fund has returned to bull market status as the 50dma has climbed above the 200 dma but the usd is still in a bull market and could cause it problems. The C fund though is hovering right below the 50 dma so it's in caution zone. The S fund is still a strong buy and looking good. I'm looking for a dip below its 50dma before any caution flags arise!

Nice reversal yesterday.

If the I fund can break out to a new high above 66.20 via EFA then it will be in strong buy status joining the S fund. C fund is still a buy but because it's having trouble staying above the 50 dma it is the last choice I would make for stocks. f fund is still in bull market too and looks good but my system always chooses stocks if there is a buy on both.

Looking ahead, I am expecting a good market through June or so before we get a good pullback unless we have some big external shock from say Greece or something.

Nothing new to report just a few observations.

C fund and its RSI are in a declining amplitude wave function and is almost flat lining. There needs to be some potential energy converted to kinetic energy to get that wave moving again. It's hovering right at its 50 dma.

S fund is better but has lost some energy too. It is above the 50 dma and in a bull market so my system gives it a strong buy.

I fund is now in a bull market and looking strong but it needs to make a new short term high to keep short term trend going. A pull back to test the 50 dma would be normal and would be a good time to take a shot. I'm looking for a good opportunity to buy.

I think we need some force to accelerate that S mass upward. F=ma Or kinetic energy. Or an exothermic reaction. I'll take anything at this point .

Maybe we could get a quantum mechanical effect like the tunneling effect to get us through the barrier to reach new highs?
