Stocks are still looking good. C and S funds right at all time highs. RSI's are not showing overbought. I expect us to rally up to overbought readings on RSI's before we have a big pullback. Still plenty of room to climb.

Wasn't it Einstein that theorized that the faster you travel toward the speed of light the slower time becomes, and that if you could ever travel at the speed of light (which we both know is impossible) that time would stop? I know he theorized e=mc2. The total energy in the universe is equal to it's mass multiplied by universal the speed of light constant squared.

Partly. Lorentz figured out that time slows down for the object in motion relative to the stationary frame of reference but Einstein added to that and figured out that space and time are really one thing called space time that curves around objects with mass and e= mc^2 so that mass is energy.
We know time travel into the future is real but what interests me is time travel into the past! Is it possible? Basically right now the answer is no. But it is theoretically possible according to Einstein.

I can't begin to wrap my mind around time travel into the past. Just seems totally illogical.

At one time, only one person believed the earth was round etc. Science eventually 'caught up' to that 'crazy' person.

One day, I expect science to agree with you as well.

S fund broke out to new high yesterday and I fund is looking good too. c fund needs to get to new high and it probably will follow the S fund. I am watching for a RSI of 70 to indicate an overbought status for a possible 50% sell signal. That's a ways up from here. :)

The naysayers are out in force today. Glad my system doesn't worry about all the noise. The fact is, we are still in good shape. S fund is still above the 50 dma and so is I fund. C fund is ok as its testing its 50 dma as it had been for a while. No warning flags in my system yet. We are in a bull market and it's hard to out trade a bull market.

Going 100% L2020 today....LOL
I've discovered that I sit on my hands in fear if I try to time the market...so... I still have one more move this month after today.hahaha

As always, I'm sticking with the sage advice on the forum here. I'm staying put in S, we're just shaking off some of the dead weight. To make money, you have to be in the market.

Ah, this is true during bull markets, but you also have to be out of the markets at times to protect the money you made....friends don't let friends buy and hold! Obviously the trick is knowing when we transition from bull to bear. We are in interesting financial times.

True. Nobody really knows when we'll go up or down. It's a game of probabilities. My system has bias to be in during bull markets and being out on bear market. I use the 50 and 200 dma's to determine it.

And how many here could actually pin point today as the day for this correction? I don't know of many if any around here saying "told you so". With TSP, it makes it double difficult with assinine IFT rules and time lines.

If I were a day trader with instant access to my portfolio, it would be different. I guess that I am simply trying to determine the clean end of this turd with which to pick it up.

Not to quibble, but the week's S&P ended only 1% lower than it ended last week. Beginning of a correction? Maybe? I went 100% cash in all my investments over the past week, but didn't go buying shares of TZA either. I didn't know an exact day, as I posted last week, I got real mixed signals for this week and opted for safety. I am glad I am in cash and can look at next week anew. My regret is I wasted an IFT moving slowly to safety. Would like to have it for last week in April when this is all settled.

My system still has a buy on all 3 stock funds. We are getting close to the end of the month so I looking at a reallocation. I fund is leading the returns for this year but is also the most volatile of the funds. It has more risk from Greece I think. C fund hasn't been able to make a new high but is following its 50 dma. S fund is looking good and steady.

So, we have a week to decide and I'll be looking and waiting for an opportunity
