I saw the video. He’s not surviving that. It was a clean neck shot, looked like a high powered rifle shot, from about 200 yards. Suspect in custody. Press hasn’t confirmed he’s dead, but I saw the result of the shot. It appeared to me to be quite fatal. He’s not going to survive that shot.,
