Well, Since she was a habitual drug user, no surprise. But, I did actually have her on my deathpool list, so I get 825 points for her misfortune.
RIP Amy, too soon!:(

Can't say we didn't see that one coming. How tragic her talent was squandered & forever silenced.

I'm not sure exactly how it works up there, and i'm not in a hurry to find out, but i wonder.Do you think that if kurt cobain and amy wanted to, would God marry them?

Who would of thunk - Butter Sculpture! What the heck did she do with the butter later?

If I remember correctly, her best friend ran a little bake shop, and afterwards she would take the old cow down there and help spread it on her buns.

"Duffy" Lyon; Butter Cow Lady dies..

Lyon suffered a stroke at her rural home Sunday and died shortly after at a hospital, Michelle Juhl, one of Lyon's nine children, said Monday.
Known to most people as the "butter cow lady," Lyon was pregnant with her seventh child when she produced her first bovine butter sculpture, a 600-pound cow, for the Iowa State Fair in 1959.
The rural Toledo housewife went on to sculpt a butter cow every year until she retired in 2006, and along the way also sculpted the likes of Garth Brooks, a Harley-Davidson motorcycle, Smokey Bear and other images in her 40-degree refrigerated showcase at the fair.

This is dragging on, needlessly Tom, you are the 'OFFICIAL ROYAL GRAND POOBA' of this site. Why don't you just choose what fits your taste best? Just like everything else, ie hardware and software? If any member has strong objection to your choice and they can convince (or bribe?) other members to the same logic then open a quorum?

LOS ANGELES – Peter Falk, the stage and movie actor who became identified as the squinty, rumpled detective in "Columbo," which spanned 30 years in primetime television and established one of the most iconic characters in police work, has died. He was 83.

Falk died Thursday in his Beverly Hills home, according to a statement released Friday by family friend Larry Larson.
In a court document filed in December 2008, Falk's daughter Catherine Falk said he was suffering from Alzheimer's disease.
"Columbo" began its history in 1971 as part of the NBC Sunday Mystery Movie series, appearing every third week. The show became by far the most popular of the three mysteries, the others being "McCloud" and "McMillan and Wife."
