Look!..I'll be the first one to say; QUITTING the FAG is tough..I wouldn't wish the pain on anyone..But once you get through it (about 3 weeks tops)..It's amazing how much more renewed energy you have...Ya gotta stay active and it burns the craving off...Your pool would be a good place to work out...
