Don't go wasting your outrage on something as trivial as that. Judges are appointed not elected for a reason. It's a lot more convenient to rule when you're not beholden to a fickle electorate.

We're way better off having our judges beholden to fickle politicians who are beholden to the highest bidder. The middle man transfer makes it ok from a just us point of view. Plus that way nonody has to swallow pictures of the kaiser-permanente ceo handing envelopes of cash to some old dude in a robe.

The market is a discounting mechanism for the future - times vary - but today was a lot of short covering to protect the bears from anything else positive coming from Europe. A four day week next week could be glorious.

I'm out now and staying out until the impending hangover is just a memory. There is no way an exaggerated move like that today can be healthy, or good. It's too much too fast and i'm getting out of the way. Scarey market. And i hardly ever run flat out wide eyed peeing my pants.

But i think this is one of those times, something big is going happen, i can smell it. And i want no part of it.

At ~8.5% to the good that covers my goal until mid september. Only 3.5% to go on the year and six months to get it right.

I hope i don't go do something stupid like blow it all on expensive drinks and cheap women. Maybe i'll try the cheap drinks this time around.
