bmneveu's Account Talk

Bought TZA yesterday right before the close. That should hedge my 100% S fund and then some for today :)

I'm young so this may be common knowledge to most, haha. The main thing I took from him was his "trust no one" philosophy. Don't hold anything long-term if it doesn't have a dividend, keep your gold/silver physically with you..

Oh THAT... agree 100%... but then again, I am a trader and can't afford the B&H mentality coming as I am so late in the game...

I wish I had the patience for buy&hold! Swing trading gives me more of a hands-on approach to learning the game, and it's more fun to me :)

I still have that TZA that I bought near Tuesday's close. I'll be looking to sell it today. Hedged my S fund losses nicely :)

Two down days in a row, don't like my odds of a third. And now the market is reversing to the upside!

I've been 100% S fund since mid December. If today is up around 1% or more before the deadline, I'll use my first Jan IFT to get out. Currently futures are up well so this is a good possibility.

IFT'd 100% G fund COB today. Took the melt up and today's bump for a total of over 3% on the year, as long as we close with these numbers. Looking to skip a dip and get back in with my 2nd IFT. May end up staying out for up to 3 weeks due to wedding this Saturday followed by 10 days in Europe :) Paris, Rome, Barcelona!!

9th on the AT overall and 3rd if you count ties. Got out yesterday and looking for lower prices to reenter. Excited for my first full year on the autotracker :)

Wondering if this is the dip I'm looking to get back in on, or if there are lower prices in the near future.

purely a guess on my part, but it seem most believe we're headed lower. Who knows where the dollar and oil are headed?

I got out a little over a week ago, happy with my 3% for the month. Now I can't believe what I'm missing. Well, what goes up, must come down.. right?
