Looks like you just pummeled the G Fund for 2015 within a week.. Good job BigJohn!
I rode her down, riding her back up, swearing I'll get out, but like a degenerate gambler I'll probably stay in.

What a nice morning for the markets!
So here is my thoughts for the day and as close to any type of technical analysis that you will get from me.
From 2/01 to 5/7 the C, S, I funds have had the following highs and lows (in terms of share prices), and I have included yesterday's numbers
C: $26.19 - $28.07 ($27.74)
S: $35.90 - $38.90 ($37.76)
I: $24.60 - $27.04 ($26.34)
So if the morning highs hold, all three funds might end up at their 3 month highs. I am thinking about jumping out as a result. Thoughts?

I think we will go higher. I'm waiting until next week. But then again I'm only at 3.59% right now. Was near 7% earlier. So what do I know?

I entered the I fund before noon yesterday anticipating a bounce after the recent pull back. I wasn't anticipating this type of bounce! I pulled the plug before noon. I didn't have the ***** to stay in longer. Hopefully I made my 1% for the month in 24 hours. This market scares the crap out of me.
I made some costly mistakes early this year. I've learned to cash in when you made your money and to not get greedy! Staying long in 2015 is not in my hand. I stink at playing cards anyway!
Been meaning to reply... I couldn't jump Friday, but I bailed the following Monday, 5/11.
Waiting for the next "BigJohn-gut-churnin'-market-signal" to jump back in.
It just doesn't feel right, but I've had that feeling for about 2-3 years and the market has played me like I've got "Charms" written across my chest.
I like the no nonsense analysis buddy... Good stuff.

Hi! I went all in this morning (G to the S)... I can't point to anything that indicates the economy is in bad shape overall...rate hike included. I think the real battle is between the Fed and the huge investment houses, who want the Fed lending rate to stay where it is. Every time the idea of a hike starts to surface, the market tanks...which makes me wonder about the influence the big players on WS have.
I hope some of my old friends on TSPTALK are still around...I plan on being a little more active moving forward.

You may end up being VERY happy with that move...Gunner has been amazing this year and I just read his latest piece where over the weekend he was predicting the $NDX would back test his "dome" at 4657...and where did it bottom yesterday morning?...4657!

In Elliott wave terms, today may have just been a deep wave 2 retest, and now it's up and away from here....or not, who knows.
My system would have allowed me to get back in today, but I didn't pull the trigger. If I'd read that article sooner I might have.
