I am a little skeptical myself...issue now becomes whether I stick with my strategy of heading out of the markets on a strong start, pre-deadline, or hold off.

My gut tells me that at 9:00 a.m. the S fund will still be above a 1% gain...but the close will be somewhere between .25 to .50% in the green.

Any more wizened then me (which includes almost everyone) care to opine?

If bonds were up, I'd be more inclined to agree with your gut. At this point though, what I see is most likely the F fund being down two days in a row and the equity funds about even.

I still think you will have a great opportunity to do so in the next week to 10 days. I felt like I had to stick with what has worked for me...the S fund was up 1.25% at the deadline, my gameplan is to exit...hope the gains hold, and pocket whatever I can.
