I guess I shouldn't have said, "created". I created the app using the vbulltetin mobile package. They did the hard work. I just made it so.

Issues with Android TSP Talk App:

My Razr just got updated with Ice-cream-sandwich. Several of my applications got hosed and maybe TSP Talk is one of them. In logging in I get "Unfortunately, TSP Talk has stopped." I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app but message keeps coming up.

However, now the bigger issue is I just noticed while reinstalling the app that a phone user gives the TSP App permission to take pictures and videos!

• "Hardware controls: Allows the app to take pictures and videos with the camera. This allows the app at any time to collect images the camera is seeing." (except I added the bold and underline!)

I have not been able to log in to the forum or premium threads for quite some time (1.5 months or so) on my droid. Not sure what the deal is and I gave up on it. It worked wonderful before that.

Can you tell if you're using the v1.2 or v1.3 of the app? It sounds like v1.3 had a problem but I think I still have 1.2 out there for download.

As far as the images and cameras... I have no idea, but I noticed other apps say that too.

I think it is v1.3, it is the only choice I have for download. I get an error message "com.vbulletin build 900 has stopped unexpectedly"

Version 1.3 is the only one available for download. Stopped working for me as well since the upgrade. Is there a way to get rid of 1.3 from the Google Play Store and re-load 1.2?

I will play with it this weekend, but last I tried it would not let me delete the 1.3 and go backwards to 1.2, which seemed silly. I may just have to reload 1.3 and hope it was just an issue with the upload.

OK, sorry for the slow progress, but I did find and download a development platform for Android software is weekend. This will allow me to see what Android users are seeing so I can run the tests myself. Since I don't have an Android phone, I wasn't able to do this before. I will continue to work on it this week.

just reinstalled, I think it is still V1.3 as it still does not work

I was just told of a possible solution that seems so simple that I'm a little skeptical, but if it works... woohoo!

I don't know why this would have affected v1.3 but not v1.2 but whatever.

Anyone want to give v1.3 another shot? Thanks.
