Watch for the Fed to cut because of the pressure. IMO we will see triple digit gains today. Sub-prime crisis knocked the wind out of lenders and real estate. The FED knows that they have to pump up the economy first and deal with inflation later to avoid a recession. Also, holiday sales are key to the FED. The better the receipts come in, the less pressure for the FED to cut later. I see a .25% as a token and another .25% cut later before they become hawkish. Looking for 14000s. BTW, I closed my account based on obtaining a new postion at work, which did not pan out(happy about that) and it would have to do with working the overnight shift. No way I could function during the day. I refused the postion and stayed on days. Sorry if I left without an explanation. It had nothing to do with anyone or anything in here. I am back FWIW. If Tom can up my thread page that would be nice. Once again, sorry and thanks for the emails.

I don't know what more some can do, other than to include a "hot link" to it in the terms of service original rule book that everyone is supposed to read before they post for the first time.

Maybe that is the answer- another line specifically talking about FV in the Terms of Service (TOS) to get a log-on ID.

I'm thinking we'll get in a range of at least a dime for FV in our favor today- we were up .13 cents at post time (11:38am) and then the broncho busted looses this afternoon.

Ok, here's how it looks. Since the OSM closed at 1236 due to daylight savings time change, it's tricky.

If they use the 1236 time, there is no FV.

If they use the usual 1136 time, we're looking at 20 cents.

Lets all pray they use the right time.

The hedge funds are currently very light on their longs in the past 4 years - if they decide to play catch up do you want to miss the stampede by selling the news? I'd prefer to be run over by the herd as many times as I can continue to get up.

This is such a great thread with all the info it has and I read it daily.

I can't read it fully until I get home from work, and it is usually on normal days up to maybe 3 pages.

Today was different for sure. I had 10 pages to read with all the action going on.

Thanks Jayhawker... Nice to see you again, you've been very quiet that last few months.

I've just been busy. (No, I didn't join the paying members.) I'm working more hours with the new position and playing poker in the evenings. After Thanksgiving, I'm taking a detail at HQ in D.C. so I'll be away and traveling a lot. (Yes, they finally talked me into going to HQ. They made me an offer I couldn't refuse!)

I was 100% in the I Fund today! Woo-hoo!

I'll take the conservative, I actually calculated 14 cents but I'm closing in on your formula 350Z. When I can match your estimates 1 for 1. I can help post finals. But reverse engineering this is fun so don't give me any hints!
