As long as this doesn't snowball in the afternoon hours, this may be very healthy for the market. But once it goes over 200 points down, we may be in for a few days of "deer in the headlights" affect. I think the market is just saying "don't get too greedy".

Doubt it. The C-Fund ended up just about where it was at 11:30 EDT, and the S-Fund wasn't much higher.

Fair valuation only affects the I-fund. If I'm wrong, somebody will let us know.

At one time today I know the DOW was down over 130 pts. Yet, it ended the day down about 86 pts. And still it turned out to be a flat day for our markets. This tells me there is still a lot of strength in the market and the bulls are working hard. Kind of wish I hadn't stayed in the G for tomorrow.

My guestimates for today: F -0-, C -.03, S +.03, I -.02

Thank NIMROD for responding, fv only affects the I fund,but I forgot OSM ended 11:30 instead of 12:00,C goes down some at the end,at least we do not get -fv (2nd).TY

you calculate I fund at 12:00 or 11:30? I am confused now. TY

11:30am but the final MSCI EAFE is at 2:00pm

No FV of any kind today. All we have is just the +FVC from yesterday.

Oh, they will, all 15 pennies. I refer to this as a FVC (fair valuation correction).
