350Z's I fund thread NOV 07

Futures are flying, looks like a green day.
S&P futures vs fair value: +9.2. Nasdaq futures vs fair value: +21.3.

How far into the day before the street figures out that these number kill any chance of further rate cuts this year? Will it sell off when it does? I suspect: open big, then take a dive.

It depends on the Fed's focus. If some really bad news about banks and the subprime crisis keep coming, we could get another decrease. I think another decrease this year is unlikely, but we never know with these people.

I sure hope the poor earnings report by Chevron this morning doesn't affect the market as much as Exon's did yesterday!

Thats a great idea!!

The occassional penny differences are due to rounding to the number of pennies. If you round up on one number and then down on the total number, sometimes you end up with a penny lost.

I suppose I could change the total to show the 4 digit gain instead of the penny gains to correct it. But I thought it would cause some confusion. OMG I fund should have gotten 3.2537 cents today and only got 3!!!

I suppose these discrepancies will disappear when they add two decimal places to our account balances. Then I'll keep wondering until the end what they're going to do when I ask to withdraw my 0.37 cent.

Despite all the ugliness around Noon I went 100 I for Monday. We have been here a few times before. Subprime concerns, credit crunch...blah,blah,blah. We always bounced after a few bad days. March, August, now October/November.

Hopefully the trend continues. Im seeing a 2% up day Monday in I. The bull runs again!
