Generally just an observer here but I have a question, where do you get the quote for the I fund real time? I have always just gone by EFA which I know is not always an accurate reflection of the I fund share price.

Thanks for your help.

Current estimate:

Down 32 cents, including a 27 cent +FVC.

It's all due to the F@##%$%#$ FV.
350z, Bloomberg has the estimate down .20 cents +the 27cents=(47)...Bloomberg must be wrong... http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/quote?ticker=EFD:IND
10:49... Currency: USD ..

You get it by asking 350Z very nicely. :)

You must also do much homework by reading reading reading. It's been discussed to death.

So...has the I fund bottomed out yet? I guess 12%thinks so. I've been on the sidelines waiting for the right time to jump in.

Wait for at least a couple UP days on good volume... and the dollar to weaken.

Just my opinion though.

My only concern is that a +fv this afternoon. 12 min. to think. I think we will rally hard this afternoon into triple digits gains. So IMO the +fv will be huge, but OSMs are down crazy %s the last few days.

You have the FV correction to offset any potential +FV today. More importantly, there will need to be a major turnaround for there to be a +FV. Don't really see that happening, unfortunately.

Not if you are entering the I Fund for tomorrow. If there is a huge +fv you will start tomorrow with a huge -fv. I see a triple digit gain today in the markets. I just feel it. So, I am staying in the S Fund.

Ok, automatically being in the TSP, ok. But automatically in L2040 if you are just starting your work life? Ouch ouch! Right now the matching fund will just vanish in thin air. G fund may not match inflation but G fund + matching might.

Plans only work if you stick to them. Deviate from them and you get screwed by Barclay.

Ok 350... new plan... you and Payton cover Barclay... you've done it before, you can do it again!!! Don't let him get that FV rebound!!!

I'll be on the bench in the G/F... go benchwarmers!!!

(G) Fund exceeded/beat inflation for 2007. Its return was 4.87%

It was 4.93% in 2006.

It was 4.49% in 2005.

market's not responding to the rate cut at all. How's the I doing? I know asian market did well yesterday..
