End of day for "I' is showing me down -.27 cents.

It was down -.22 cents at 11:30 this morning. So if they continue with barclays past practice, it is possible we would end up with a nickle FV tonight, but I'm not sure if they will do that or not.

It could go either way.

It will not .27, but at least .17 or better. The market climb up not down

To have a - UfV, EFA would have to close at / below 82.09
To have a + Ufv, it would have to close at/above 89.91

In the last 20 minutes, EFA went straight up from 82.5 to 82.8
I don't think that is high enough for a +UfV.
Without a UfV, I-fund should be $25.15 this evening.
With a UfV, it would be $25.25

I bet we get it!!

Is if EFA or the USMs to move plus or minus .50%? I thought it was the S&P? And is it 11:30 EST of the IFT cutoff at noon... that's the difference, i think. ONly .38% up if you use the 11:30 AM, but the noon cutoff puts us just of .50%. I'm hoping Barclays uses the S&P at the noon cutoff as the measuring stick. Where's Gilligan and 350 when you need 'em?!

Are you counting the Dollar being down? That brings it into range I think.:D

Was the DX ~.20% at noon? It went up between noon and the close? I dunno, i'm bowing out of the guesstimate game and leaving it to the smart people.

My estimate of down -0.22 cents at 11:30, and down -0.27 cents at the close, and it does include the changes in the value of the dollar vs. foreign currencies.

US Dollar Index -0.13%

Total Index % Change:-1.20%

Total DX % Change:-0.13%
Total % Change:-1.069%
I Fund Estiamted Close Price: $ 25.11
I Fund Estimated Price Change: $ (0.27)

Thanks, you shot my estimate down like a lead blimp. :)

I'll stick to calculating golf handicaps and not the I fund.

The data I'm using is straight out of ChemEngs's automated tables.

You can download the spreadsheet yourself, and watch it in real time at any time.

Chem Eng built it, and it is the most wonderful real-time tool around.

See and downlaod the lookup tool here:

Oh, "bleep"....I'd say I knew the +FV was coming, but I didn't.

When all else fails, blame someone else.

For instance, I was worried, but Show-me bought into I today. I said to myself, Show-me wouldn't lead me astray. Show-me knows what's going on. :p

Oh well...Here's to tomorrow! :D
