Not exactly sure, but I thought that the dollar also had an impact. Can anyone verify? 350z?

Fair Value? Doesn't look like it to me!! Must exceed - or + .5% US Markets at 11:30 taking the dollar into consideration right? BUT you never know US markets taking a dive at the end of the day!

Japan, Europe all showing red this morning. Plus, the dollar vs. yen ratio unfavorable.

I don't have an estimate yet, but it's going to go badly red today.

US futures just went from negative to positive.

Jayhawker, (Or Anyone...) If I live to be 1000 I don't think I'll understand the FV's for the I fund. TSPLookup shows a -13 FV this morning, but the I fund closed basically flat yesterday. I just don't get it!

However I do get to retire under FERS in 45 days!
