350zCommtech's Account Talk

350Z,
Know you're out on the links, but thought you could use a new golf buddy!

Have a great day and don't be lilly paddin all year!

Thanks Frixxxx, She's got a great finish.:D

The weather has been good enough around here but the ground is still soggy so I haven't hit the links yet. I've been practicing and trying to get my swing ready.

Sorry 'bout the quality of the chart... it's TNX (as if you didn't know)....

It's quiet in here... too quiet.:D

Today was a great day for me.

I finally got a hole in one. :)

It was a 150 yard par 3. I used a 6 hybrid. It was a clean hit and flight was straight. It landed 10-15 feet in front of the hole, bounced once or twice, and rolled straight in. I have 3 witnesses.:D

:cool:Dude You Rock!
Congrats!

Thanks guys.:)

Poolman,

Being good in golf to me means being a single digit handicapper. And I'm not anywhere near that. I have been able to do well on some nine holes, but haven't been able to put it all together.

Congrats... I've been playing for over 25 years and I only have one hole-in-one to my credit.

Well... he who aces buys the first round at the clubhouse. :D

Congrats 350.
Now that your luck is soaring, buy a lotto ticket and tell us what the market is going to do this month. :cheesy::cheesy:

Awesome 350z!

I've been trying since high school and have gottten within inches but never in.

Hope it didn't cost you too much but probably worth it even if you doled it out. :)

I finally broke down and started lessons at GolfTec in GolfSmiths as I want to be able to play on either side of 80 when I retire in a year or three.

Swing has improved dramatically already and I actually know where the ball is going most of the time now!

Well worth the lessons.

Mark

Thanks guys,

Fedgolfer,

Hybrids are great for me. They work great out of the rough and I don't lose any distance. The 6 hybrid is my 6 iron equivalent. I carry hybrids 3-6. I still prefer the feel of a long iron over a hybrid. I will sometime carry a 3 or 4 iron.

I'll use whatever it takes to get the job done. I've even choked up on a driver on par 3's.:D

Congratulations 350ztech, never had one myself and only witnessed one.
Playing around noon today, I hope I can report one, LOL.

That is great pigeonguy. I've thought about doing that myself, but so far, I've just been doing my own analysis. The hardest part is trying to get my body to do something different.

Steve

Valley green in North Aurora, IL.

It's a small course consisting of mostly par 3's. It's a great beginner's course. I play there a lot because half of my friends are new to golf and they are not ready for normal size courses.

I'll be playing at a difficult course this afternoon. If I could just eliminate those 3 putts....I've been watching Phill M. short game dvd.
