12%ayear's Account Talk

Although I completely agreed with your call yesterday my line of thought definitely wasn't based on indicators as precise as yours. So you deserve one on me....

Enjoy!

A little on the mixed side today but, the call looks solid to me. So if it will make you feel better he can use my hand to do the patting...

12%......all I can say is wow. Granted you were not responsible for how much the C-fund went up today but you certainly called it and I followed your advice:). I don't post much on here because I know my limits as a rookie when it comes to predicting the stock market. I have followed your posts closely and I think your record speaks for itself. I know you have been catching your fair share of flack lately but I believe for every person throwing rocks at you there are ten times that many that appreciate all that you do for this board. Thanks again.........

12%,
I have never expressed destructive criticism, I truly appreciate your fine work, analysis, advise, and insight. Keep up the great work!

Ditto here, and to all willing to spend your time posting opinions. I definitely realize no one can make every correct move, but I can make better decisions based on more postings debating both sides of any fence.

Thanks again and congrats

...............today's response>>>>>>This is what I mean....Change......15.620 .....%... Change...0.674 after that -FV= a net loss of (.33%) for the day thus far. Nojust thing as a no brainer. The only way to play the I Fund for the following day is when a rally in the USMs peaks before noon. So the following day, there is no negative fair value action . But you have to guess. Good Luck

:laugh:I had to laugh when I read this, because I thought the USM had peaked at that point. It was up around 1% already and seemed to have leveled off. You're right that if it had peaked it would have been a great play, but you never can tell for sure. I think its best just to decide which fund will likely be the best performer for the day based on other market indicators, geopolitic, etc. You've been doing that pretty well. I think that's a better indicator of long term success. It explains your loyal following.;)

Higher open followed by profit-taking. Tomorrow is the key from yahoo...
The Labor Department releases the Producer Price Index and the Consumer Price Index Tuesday and Wednesday, respectively. The June PPI is forecast to show a rise of 0.1 percent after a May jump of 0.9 percent. The core PPI, which eliminates food and energy prices, is expected to have risen 0.2 percent, following a similar increase in May. ..........I also think small caps will stage a rally Tuesday based on Banks/Tech popping. I think we will also see the US DOLLAR bounce back...way oversold!!! I want to avoid the I Fund until I see the US DOLLAR bounce back.

I hate to say this, however;I see a further pullback tomorrow before we go higher. The DJIA needs to rest before breaking the 14000s levels. I am in the S Fund for Tuesday. I will stay pat into Wednesday in the S Fund. The I Fund is scaring me also. The US DOLLAR is way overdue for a bounce and I want to see that before going into the I Fund.

http://business.guardian.co.uk/economy/story/0,,2127825,00.html With this data, it will spook the markets very soon. Today, they decided to ingore it,but watch and see how they work. Oil prices will scaremany into causing profit-taking short-term. I tend to think that there will a pull-back before we go higher. Looking too easy for many who think it will not pullback. Watch the DJIA Tuesday for a pullback.

This is what I thought thus far. Higher open and we sell-off before the CPI numbers tomorrow. Even though I am in the S Fund today. This 14000 is just a number. All a bunch of BS for CNBC. The DJIA needs to rest before we pull higher. Actually tomorrow mught be very good for the I FUnd, since the US DOLLAR is now bouncing and the CPI number might be tame, which will be bad for the US DOLLAR.

Well, THE US Dollar bounced, so I am going into the I Fund. Also, have a feeling the CPI numbers will be tame, which will be good for the YEN, Pound,And EURO. I also have a feeling that the DJIA will sell-off today since the 14000 has been hit and these idiot cheerleaders on CNBC can have something to talk about.
