Yes, this is for everyone of us with the limits on trades per month.
The first thing that got me with all this was the 3000 figure, which is low compared to the total. They seem to be saying it is this figure that is increasing the cost of things in regards to trading the I Fund.
Yes, my point is, that to dwell on this 3000 issue does a disservice to people trying to understand or argue the issue. Without intentionally doing so, those who are writing articles on this give a false understanding of why the change is taking place. It's true that it doesn't matter in that the change in policy has been decided on, but I find it annoying that misleading facts dominate the story.
