WorkFE's Account Talk

Re: ift

Hard to predict. I'm just went in Thursday until probably next Friday or so. Just based on historical data. Big gamble.

Re: ift

Getting there day by day. Question is, when do you pull the trigger.

Sitting in the G fund with a beer.

Re: ift

Shoot as conservative as I invest? Not likely to change today. Betting on relief rally tomorrow for a scalp? I will save my bullets, better to be wishing I was in, than the other way.

Anyone considering a jump in today? Thoughts

Re: ift

What a ride. In hindsight, I suppose the F Fund would have been the right place to be.
Is there more bloodletting on the way?

Re: ift

When you get bit like this you have to stay away from the computer.

If it was me and I was currently in, that's where I would stay. No sense compounding the injury at this point.
I am out and that's where I'm staying.

Re: ift

Actually mixed you up with Whipsaw on the Tracker.:D
But you're close enough...and with the right idea. AND...you have bullets left right now...hint hint...what's one letter behind "G"? You fire that bullet now, and you might surge like crazy.
Or with 2 bullets...catch the DC bounce with move one move if you want to catch that falling knife...then "F" it 1-2 days after making a quick profit. :)

Re: ift

I have never given the F fund enough attention. Some day.
For now I will hang out in the G ($6K a year) and enjoy my spam and beans.
Not sure when the free for all will stop, my line was pretty much where it is now but given the current futures we may not be there yet. It's moment like this when one must be wary of the Bull trap, this move needs fuel and that generates it.
I'm not on board with Mr. Arends yet.

Re: ift

I thought serious about going all in. Phone call interrupted my thoughts and lasted past 12:00.
Oh well, maybe for the better, we'll see tomorrow.

Re: ift

Good luck to those who jumped in yesterday, Classic DCB and definitely worth the gains if it holds.
