you can get free trading indications from the burros-ark trading system over in my thread, but like most things in life, you get what you pay for.
it is worth noting since wiff brought it up that the ark was 'out' for the time period he is interested in as it had issued a sell signal the week prior and a 'hold' (stay out) for this week. of course that also means it was out and did not pick up about a 1-1/2% gain last week though, having already cashed out earlier for a win.
there is no historical data on the ark system as this year is the first year on the books, but it is based on how i trade my personal tsp account and i do have a documented public tsptalk autotracker history averaging about 7.5% over 5 years.
this is usually the part in a system sales pitch where the disclaimer 'opinion not fidicuary advice' happens but i don't do that because i make no material gain if you follow my advice and good luck sueing me anyways if you make a dumb trade, 1) the lawyer is going to laugh you out of his office when you explain you lost your entire retirement savings because you listened to a donkey on the internet, and 2) even if you win the lawsuit i have nothing to lose - you can have it all it's mostly mismatched used furniture that i don't use often and an old ford pickup.

Thinking of getting out when the S&P hits 2080 don't know if it can push through that 2100 window yet. Really want to stay in though, isn't usually Thanksgiving week really good?So market skyrockets up cause fed signals rate increase lol how come it didn't do this the last few months lol when the fed has talked about raising rates lol. Hope we go up again tomorrow will be close to that high 2100 mark of the S&P then will decide if I should get out Friday.Jumped in full blast with the S and C fund. Like how the market is recovering from the morning losses. Hope this carries us into tomorrow and Friday with good gains. Gonna reevaluate Friday for possible 15-C and 15-S heading into next Monday figure if we make gains the next few days Monday the market may give back some then. Also want to be invested in Dec but also worry how the market will act up until the fed decision. ( what day is that again?). Figure the Santa rally should start after the fed. Sounds like a plan Wiff. I am contemplating bailing this week myself. The second week in December is typically a loser as we usually get a pullback prior to the Santa rally. As for the forum not being busy, I think everyone is taking a wait and see attitude on the possibility of a rate hike this month. Personally, I don't think it will happen until April but that's just me. It's tough enough deciding when to enter and exit the market without all the noise in the media.

I thought the same thing and pulled the trigger this morning hoping it would stay somewhat flat so that I could ride the normal Dec weakness out until mid month and jump back in. I guess I'm a day late. Had we not been limited by the deadline I would have saw the big drop and cancelled my IFT to ride it out. My only hope now is the weakness continues or I can recoop today's loss in a Santa rally.

Santa...heck I'd settle for an elf in this market....
Now we have a terrorist situation in California. With Janet talking rate hike and a mass shooting of innocent people, I don't expect it to ramp back up for a day or two.
Still hoping we get some type of rally to recover recent losses.
Most important thing now is to provide prayers for those who have lost family and friends, and send out the Delta Force to squish these cretins.

BUT we'll get it all back next week. I think the upside to the rally will be limited though (only going to 2130 verse 2145) before it pulls back. Todays pullback was rather steep.
Hope tomorrow is sideways and not down.
