Thanks! I noticed that, I don't like to crow when folks may be taking it in the shorts (been there!). I was lucky to sidestep the housing bubble bursting, though I wasn't active on the board at the time. I was lurking... :embarrest:

MAN! You could hear a church mouse around here yesterday, now the forum has gone crazy! I've decided I don't like being out of moves... 11:30 rolls around and I feel like I need to do something, but can't even if I wanted to. :-/

Working on Oahu this week! :D I forgot I can check into things before I leave for work... Burro! Thanks for the Ark props! Will be stymied this week w/access, but I'm stuck in G till Thursday... Speaking of Thursday, this take off wasn't supposed to happen until then. :cheesy:
 
Still on the sidelines, will sit it out at least through the beginning of next week. Travel back starts Thursday night, get home Friday in time for dinner! :blink:
 
Today looks good, I like JTH's analysis for April; DBAs chart links look good. Will see what happens this afternoon and tomorrow morning and consider an entry.
 
Looking for Tom's weakness prediction to play out as a buy in point.

JTH, always enjoy your blog, you said transports lag, I thought they were a leading indicator?

Anyway, I've pretty much missed this run up since the 1st. Bquat's charts look to show approaching the top of a channel; bollinger bands on DBAs chart links seem to be contracting, which would indicate a pending move, up or down (I'm guessing down based on the channels); rising wegde could be bullish?. Patience, patience...

Just checked TRAN. Looks like Slow Sto indicates it could be moving up ..but right now it's sitting towards bottom of BBs. I am considering exit. Next week more financials come in so the market could rise...then again???

I am going to look at my earnings so far and decide if I need to pocket it, and move to sidelines for a bit. Would like to buy a big dip! :D
 
Late reply (been busy and have had connectivity issues)

Yes, Tran is a leader in a healthy market, but the severe drop in oil has not been priced in, and/or the economy is tanking and we just don't know it yet. Either ways, as long as small caps lead and the tech sector is healthy, we can climb higher. Smarter people then me know what the real story is, there's a lot of stuff out there that doesn't make sense, like copper...eventually the hens come home to nest
