After looking at the autotracker and seeing all the folks who bailed to the G Fund today, I decided perhaps it is time to go...100% G fund COB today. Safely back on the Ark and very happy with the gains I made on this trade.

Very nice trade RF. I think there's a very good chance that this afternoon was the top of this latest short selling rally. Peter Adams has nailed it the last two weeks and this afternoon on another blog he said this afternoon was most likely it, just a few points short of his target.

I also played this rally with precision, and closed out the best trade I've ever had in my trading account.
Then I turned around and established a short position near the top today. Fingers crossed.

Well we will see what the rest of the week brings, but I am extremely happy with this trade. I began the week at -0.32% year to date and finished up this evening at +1.83%. Total gain for this trade was +2.16%. It feels good to have snuck into the dragons lair and gotten away with my tail feathers intact and a handful of booty...:smile:

It was an Elliott wave and other TA trade. Everything told me a couple days ago the market was going to burst higher, and I nailed the EXACT low and darn near the exact top perfectly with a boatload of QQQ calls, almost Birchtree type numbers...a rarity and it made up for my paltry TSP return so far this year. Now I have to be careful not to lose it just as fast LOL....but I see the futures are slipping, and I have until 6/17 for them to slip just a bit more.

Banking on the positive seasonality and the current strength to carry through the weekend, if all goes well, and up, may take profits in early June in anticipation of the election year dip. On the road today, have a safe and enjoyable Memorial Day weekend, in remembrance of those who have given their lives in the service of this country.
