Whipsaw's Account Talk

Ouch! I don't think we'll be green at the end of today... Just sayin'. Soon to deploy the dry powder... maybe ;)

Hmmmmm... hope springs eternal... maybe we make a double bottom right here for Turnaround Tuesday. :suspicious:

I was in a good position, but alas stayed too long at the fair yet again. Was tempted to exit today on a stop loss move until I saw the upturn, now it's too late. Usually my instincts are right, but only in hindsight. There is a potential for a small relief rally of this apparent double bottom, we'll see.

Ok, so no major sell off - that's good right? Is the bottom in? Possibly short term... I think I have one move left to deploy my dry powder for a potential relief rally. All speculation, of course.

It's early. Beware of the mid morning fake out. Been happening alot lately. They've been killin em into the close

I agree. I think what your seeing are Day Traders who all buy at the Open and squeeze the market, only to sell off before the Close, take their profits and go home.
Like throwing a piece of chicken into a school of Piranhas.

Maybe this market will 'shrug off' the Ukraine situation as it did with Crimea... added in another 10% 40% C, 40% S, 20% G. COB!

Can someone please tell the media its pronounced Key-ev, not Keev... :ban:

I'm no expert but if you confused by the spelling of Ukraine’s capital city? Sometimes you’ll see it spelled “Kiev” (pronounced in two distinct syllables: key-ev) and other times “Kyiv” (pronounced keev).

Because Russia exerted influence for so long over Ukraine (it was after all a part of the U.S.S.R.), the Western world adopted the Russian way of saying Ukraine’s capital city (Kiev) whereas, in the Ukrainian language, the city name is pronounced a little differently (Kyiv).

This may not seem like such a big issue for Westerners, but to Ukrainians who are fiercely patriotic, it really matters. It shows respect to Ukraine to get it right and Ukrainians really appreciate the effort.

Ok, that worked! :D Is there any recognition for the number of times one gets into the top 10 in a month?
