where is the money hiding

Does anyone know were our money is held after the money is witheld from our check. It doesnt find our tsp account for 10 days. How is making the interest on our monwy.

It's more likely you're getting credit four days early rather than 10 days late. I work for the USPS and get credited the day before payday.

Our payday is bi-weekly on Thursday. Direct deposit is put in our accounts the preceding Monday (4 days early). TSP contributions are added to our accounts on Tuesday night after the day's change in share prices. i.e. will be available to earn based on what happens Weds. Is that confusing enough? Still is actually in our TSP account before payday on Thursday.
