I'm on a seafood diet. I see food and I eat it. (just kidding). Seriously though, watch the fat intake, eat more veggies rather than red meat, and count calories. Find foods without much salt and chlorestrol? The old mainstay is to use more calories than you take in. If you still feel hungry, try crackers and drink plenty of water(this fills your stomach and helps to shrink it so you will eat smaller portions) or eat a few handfuls of your favorate cereal from the box as a snack.
Also, don't eat your biggest meal in the evening, do it at lunch and don't eat anything right before bedtime.
